Important Notes for Foreign Participants

• The foreign participants may kindly enclose the conference invitation letter, security clearance letter issued by MoHA GOI (to be provided by conference organiser), conference brochure of ICCBS-2018 along with Foreign Travel Passport documents during submission of application for Protected Area Permit (PAP) in any of the above mentioned offices. Clearance may take 1-2 working days.


• Foreign participants are requested to apply Indian visa in advance through Indian Embassy (2-3 months before the commencement of the conference) for early political clearance to be made by ministry of External Affairs, GOI.
